Sophie W - $1,500/month

Hi!

My name is Sophie, and I'm a 23 year old from Brisbane, Australia. I was born in the GTA but have lived in Australia for most of my life. Prior to moving back to the GTA, I have been living in Banff, AB, for a year and a half as a bit of a self-reward for finishing my degree in Business.

I am a relatively quiet, tidy, active and self-sufficient person, and I spend most of my time outside of work either at the gym, rollerskating or spending time with friends. I would love to find a place to share with like-minded people, as I enjoy spending my downtime from work or exercise relaxing rather than partying (Big fan of margaritas though).

I work three to four days a week as a Legal Assistant in North York and two nights a week as a server in the Annex for the tips and to help with making friends in a new city. I'm currently renting a room in North York for $1,500 a month, but rent goes up to $3,000 at the start of the new year, which will no longer be within my budget.

I don't smoke cigarettes, but I do vape. I'm aiming to quit by the end of the year, however, and I will not vape in shared spaces or inside if required.
