I am a 21 year old Army veteran that recently had to evict my last roommate due to nonpayment. I am willing to give you a month grace period where I will front the rent as long as you pay me back within 2 weeks. I have a 10 year old miniature poodle and her name is Lady (bugs). She is the most chill and lovable dog you will ever meet. She just loves being pet! I am currently in the National Guard and go to drills in Austin once a month and as long as you keep the effort into the apartment equal and we both do our part we should have no problems. Mi casa su casa! All things in the kitchen such as plates, silverware, cups, bowls, etc are available for you to use as long as you respect it. I am not a neat freak but I do tend to let things get a little messy but I will always have it cleaned within a week at most. I look forward to meeting you!

A private hallway with your own bedroom and bathroom! Internet and electric is included as well as a full washer and dryer. I have all common area furniture and utensils available as well. All you would have to do is move in you're bedroom and bathroom stuff and possibly a TV for the living room if you have available. Dog and alcohol friendly and vape and smoke friendly as long as its not cigarettes or pipes.
