Hi! I’ve been looking to move to the Alamo Heights, Pearl, or Southtown area, and wanting a roommate or two to help keep the costs down. Only looking for female roomates also. I’ve spotted a few options in Southtown that I loved, either at The Flats at Big Tex right on the Riverwalk or Acero Southtown just a few blocks off! Looking also newer apartments, or cute charming older apartments and homes or townhomes. I’m trying to keep my individual base rent to $700-$800, but willing to push it up to $900 if need be. I’m looking for a roommate who is chill, likes to keep the home clean, and likes a healthy balance of fun nights out but not super into the party seen anymore. Would love if they shared some common interests as me, like art, food, fitness, adventure, and bonus if you are a Christian! Don’t worry, we don’t have to become best friends, but ideally I would hope we would really end up enjoying living together if we ended up as roommates.
