Looking for a male roommate in a 2 bedroom apartment on 91st St and 3rd Ave, beginning Nov 1.

Apartment: 2 bedroom, 1 full bathroom. The common area is furnished with a couch and TV. You have the bigger of the two rooms with plenty of closet space and an AC. Please take a look at the last three pictures.

Building/Neighborhood - 5 floor walk up. The apt is on the 3rd floor. There is laundry in the building. The super is very friendly and lives in the building. Great neighborhood. Near a lot of bars and restaurants, but the actual block is very quiet.

Rent: The room would be rented on a monthly basis, with a 30 day heads up if you would like to move out (so basically a 2 month commitment to start), with the possibility of extending for a year. The rent is $1,400/month. First months rent and security deposit required before moving in.

Me: Male, 31, insurance consultant, work from home a lot, but also spend some time on the road. Avid sports fan, neat, like to go out, but like to keep the partying away from the apartment.

You: Male, has an office job, non-smoker, no pets

Apt Viewing: The apartment is available to be viewed on Wednesday 10/4 from 11:00 AM - 6:00 PM and Thursday 10/5 from 11:00 AM - 11:00 PM. I will be leaving on 10/6 and returning on Tuesday 10/10. The apartment will be available to be seen again starting on 10/10 from 11:00 AM - 11:00 PM.
