We have one bedroom available in our huge 3BR/1BA apartment starting on February 1st. If you'd like to move in a few days earlier, our current roommate could probably accommodate this.

THE APARTMENT
The apartment is a large, beautiful space with high ceilings and stretches across the length of the building with exposures on three sides, making it very breezy and pleasant in the warmer months. The interiors of the building were re-done in 2015, but a lot of the original character of the building was retained.

The apartment is located in Williamsburg and is centered right between the Bedford and Lorimer L, Metropolitan G, and Marcy J/M/Z stops with about a 7-minute walk to each.

The surrounding blocks have a huge selection of excellent restaurants and bars. McCarren Park and Domino Park are each about a 10-minute walk away.

THE ROOM
Rent is $2150/month for the largest room in the apartment (approx 16 x 10 feet). It has a spacious walk-in closet (a further 4 x 10 feet), a window AC unit installed by the landlord in the summer, two windows that provide for great lighting, and a large ceiling fan.

Gas, electricity, and cable and internet (Fios) are not included in the rent, but should come to about $100 per person per month. Standard NYC income requirements apply.
