We have 3 rooms available in a 5 bedroom 2 bath house in St Francis wood. Near West portal and SF State. Guaranteed street parking if you have a car. I've never had an issue with it. Nice Kitchen, sweet living room and dope backyard as well. The area is super safe and friendly that you sometimes forget you are in San Francisco. It gives you a suburban area kind of vibe. Transportation is easily available if you feel like exploring the city. Bart is reachable within a five minute drive. K muni is within a 10 - 15 minute walk.
Huge room is going for 1250 with plenty of natural light.
Medium room is 1150.
Master room Includes its own private bathroom, open to couples or 2 friends to share for 850 each or 1350 for 1 person.
