I and my boyfriend are planning to rent a 2B2B apartment in Sunnyvale/Santa Clara/Cupertino, wherever as long as we can avoid 101 traffic during peak hours (so not San Jose for ex.)
- Individual or couple OK (NO smoking, NO drugs), prefer professionals
- I'm full-time CS student, and he is doing his MS and work full-time too. Due to the pandemic, we work and study at home so we like quietness and really appreciate if the roommate(s) are the same.
- We are easy going people and respect to privacy.
- We also love cooking, Asian food, so would prefer someone/couple who are okay with the smelly but delicious food.
- We love nature and have small plants to take care.
- We love to watch movies/TV shows when we're free at home. So, tell us if you want to watch it too because we're sharing the living room & kitchen. I want to make sure we all get access equally to everything in the apt.
- The rent would be 50/50 if couple or different if individual.
