Ishita A - $2,500/month

Hi everyone! I’m looking for 1/2 roommates to sign a lease by mid-aug or early September (don’t mind signing from aug 1 as well). I do have some apartments in mind if you’d like to know more! My budget is ideally around 2200 but i could go up to 2500 in an unequal room situation (definitely wouldn’t mind lower as well). I’m looking around UES, Midtown, East Village, Kips Bay, etc (close by neighbourhoods). I’ll be working in tech in midtown east; it’s hybrid so wfh 2-3 days a week.

I am 22 and recently graduated from Purdue! In my free time I like to cook/bake, read a little, stay active (sports, hiking, running), walk and explore around, go to concerts, watch (or rather binge lol) tv shows/movies and go out on weekends as well to try out diff food/bars! I’ll also be checking out cafés and dessert shops A LOT!!! I’ve recently been getting into thrifting and am excited to thrift more in nyc!!

I keep the shared spaces clean (bathroom, kitchen, living room) and would expect the same from you but I’m not excessive about it! I’d like to be on friendly terms since we’ll be sharing a home but I totally respect alone time as well!
