We're a squad of 3 guys who are all friends from college.

We are looking for a 4th and 5th roommate to come join our Tribeca apartment! The apartment is 5 bedrooms 3 bathrooms and is 5000 square feet, the price we have is quite attractive as we got a COVID deal. Apartment is fully furnished (so no need to buy anything in that department if you dont want), has a 90 inch tv, ping pong table, and large kitchen/kitchen island. We have nice floor to ceiling windows and the neighborhood we live in is quite peaceful. We own the full floor to ourselves to elevator banks that take you directly to the apartment. The apartment is currently 5 guys but 2 are likely moving out in end of January. We have in-unit laundry/dryer too, and heating/AC too.

The 2 rooms we are renting out are about 240 sq feet (23.5 ft x 10.25 ft), and 250 sq ft.
