One of our flatmates is sadly moving out, so we have a room becoming available on December 20th in our apartment in Kips Bay. The room has amazing views down 2nd Ave as well as a closet and also its own private bathroom with a shower.
The two remaining flatmates are myself (Henry) and Eric. I’m 27 years old and originally from the UK, working in tech/finance. Eric is 26 and works in the technology space for a data analytics/visualization company. We are both outgoing, sociable, and clean, so we are looking for a similar flatmate.
The apartment is a spacious 3 bedroom/2 bathroom with a balcony. It's fully furnished, including an automatic vacuum machine, espresso machine, dining room table, etc., so it's ready for any tenant to move into. The bedroom can come furnished or completely empty – up to you.

- Gym open from 5am to midnight
- 24-hour Doorman/Concierge and parcel room for all deliveries
- Balcony with a view down 2nd Ave and of the Empire State Building (with furniture)
