Level 1 is the landing with a small den, entry closets and guest bathroom. Level 2 drops down to the living room, dining room and kitchen with scenic balcony that overlooks the hills and gas fireplace. Level 3 is a small landing between the stairs with the laundry room and a large closet or tiny room depending on how you look at it. Level 4 at the bottom has a small hallway with the linen closets and the two bedrooms. Each bedroom has a private bathroom and are almost identical in size.
