Courtney B - $1,500/month

Hey my name is Courtney, I’m 22 years old and looking for a female roommate in her 20’s to get a 2 bedroom 1-2 bathroom apartment with! I currently live in West Hollywood, and would like to stay on the West Side of LA. Budget of around $1,500 for my share but a bit flexible depending on amenities, utilities, etc. I am a full time nanny during the week and I have one very sweet cat named Theo who is a registered ESA.

➖I am very very big on finding someone who is cat friendly. He is such a sweet boy and I want a roommate who also loves cats (cool if you have your own as well!) I would never expect anyone to take care of him besides me, but someone who would give him attention and love when they’re around would be awesome

➖I’m looking for a roommate with a laid back demeanor. I pick up after myself and my cat but I’m not a neat freak, and I don’t sweat the little things in life. I don’t mind having people over, 4/20 friendly (just not inside) and stuff like that, as long as we’re respectful of eachother I really don’t care !

➖Would love to find someone I can be friends with! I enjoy going out on the weekends or finding a cute brunch/ coffee spot and exploring LA. Don’t want to live with a stranger haha
