I have a 9 year old son who is trying to get my life back after leaving an abusive marriage. I left him in October 2019, moved in with friends until just recently. I moved to help a friend at the end of March who is going through a similar breakup. Circumstances being what they are, I’m now trying to find something more stable.
I’m quiet, I have no problem keeping to myself, and I’m a clean person. I work for Amazon Flex so I work daily. Sadly, circumstances being what they are, my ex husband’s abuse caused me to lose my son. I’ve been fighting to get him back home, and I’m close! He will be back with me sometime this summer/fall. A few more months hopefully.
I’ve had to start from nothing. I still only have the clothes on my back, my pillows, two storage boxes, not much anyway. I still need to make arrangements to get my other belongings out of my apartment. I’m an open book and I’m not ashamed of my experiences in life, they have helped me become who I am, so if you have any questions, please ask. There is a lot to my story, as anyone, but I promise you I am a responsible mom with a good head on my shoulders.
