I'm an ideal roommate for someone with good taste, good conflict resolution, and respect for personal boundaries. I have no issue with a good friendship, but also enjoy and respect privacy.

I'm looking for something with multiple rooms so we can have a shared living room and kitchen, but also each have an additional room for a home office, storage, etc.

I am interested in making sure that we are both happy with whatever situation we are in, so I'm happy to meet for coffee to interview eachother for compatibility before jumping into anything.

I have no kids or pets, but don't mind if you do. I am peacefully spiritual, but don't impose. I like to think I have great taste in music, but always use headphones. And my sense of decor is top notch, but I'm also flexible.

I do wake up and go to bed fairly early, but can sleep with earplugs if you don't.
