My name is Jess, I currently live in a 4 bedroom home I can’t afford by myself and looking for someone to take the other half of the house (2 bedrooms and a full bathroom). I am open to kiddos too! I have a 2 yr old staffy, Millie, who loves kids but needs to feel out the vibe with adults before she warms up to you (same, girl).

I love art—painting, drawing, watercolor,.. you’ll see some of my paintings up in the house! I’m also super down to add / rearrange decorations too. I am a writer, currently *attempting* to write my first book. I own a small business building websites/marketing and also work a 9-5!

I have adhd with a touch of the tism, so I say what I mean and appreciate the same energy back, no guessing games, no passive aggressive sticky notes 😝 Music at a reasonable volume is totally fine by me! smoking out on the patio is fine too, and friends over is more than welcome, just give me a heads up like I'd give you, transparency over surprises! I'm super easygoing, some days I want company by the pool, some days I want to be a hermit, both moods are equally valid around here!!

Looking for someone who matches that energy, tidy, low drama, good with dogs or at least patient while Millie decides you're trustworthy, and just as upfront with me as I plan to be with you :)

Two rooms with closets, private full bathroom, both upstairs next to my room (the master). Up to you on how you want to use the second room (office, art space, second closet, kids bedroom, gaming room etc)! Space feels separate enough for privacy, close enough that it's still one household.

Utilities run separately from rent, split 2 ways evenly between us: water, gas, electric, internet, yard care, pool maintenance. Runs around $400/month each in summer, less in cooler months. If you feel like you can maintain the pool & yard, it will help take off of that cost!

House features: private pool, large yard, covered patio with misters, grill, private garage with storage, two-car driveway, two living rooms, two fridges (one in the garage). Washer and dryer included. Fully furnished, bed included in the room if you want it. Plenty of storage throughout. Open to you redecorating the space, adding your own touches!

I have a two-year-old large breed dog, her name is Millie. Unfortunately, right now just looking for someone with no pets (millie’s got some trauma). She's a little slower to warm up to men, comes around quickly once she knows you. Very sweet girl and very very silly. She loves kids, so if you have a little one that is totally fine! Fully vaccinated, along with me. Looking for someone clean, easygoing around pets, comfortable sharing a home.

A little about me: I work a 9 to 5ish (lol). Millie's kenneled in my room during the day while I'm out. Outside of that, I run a creative business on the side, so you'll usually find me in my office or outside with her, work from home days happen but they're rare. I'm super laid back, down to hang out, also completely fine keeping to myself, whatever works! Tidy, organized, low-drama.
