Hi! I'm a 27-year-old queer woman, school-based therapist, and cat mom looking for someone to share a two-bedroom apartment, home, or condo in city park, cheeseman, or cap hill areas.

I'm someone who really values a clean, relaxing home. I like everything to have a place where it belongs, minimal clutter/decoration, and a clean kitchen before I go to bed or leave the house.

I'm an early riser who works outside of the home. I'm in a long-term relationship, and I enjoy the freedom to have my girlfriend over often. I occasionally hang out with close friends, but I'm typically not the one to host social gatherings. I like having genuine connections with people I live with- It's nice to chat in the kitchen or watch TV, and I also appreciate some alone time to decompress.

In this stage of life, I'm pretty mellow and what someone might describe as cottage core lol. I like to drink wine here and there, but I'd rather not live in a party house. I also like playing guitar, swimming, paddleboarding, going to the movies, and playing tennis. I have a very affectionate and adorable cat. I brush her daily and regularly vacuum the couch/floors. As most cats do, she can occasionally be slightly annoying with big changes or early morning meows. I'm hoping to find a roommate who can understand this and enjoys pets.

I'm hoping to find another queer person, mid/late 20s to early/mid 30s, with a compatible schedule and lifestyle.

One quirk about me is that I'm allergic to fragrances. I'm hoping my future roommate will be open to using shared things like unscented trash bags and mellow cleaners, which I'm happy to shop for! I love a scented candle, etc, but I'd like to avoid touching scented stuff if possible.

Non-negotiables in a living space for me:
- Parking (easy street parking or reserved spot)
- Access to Laundry (shared or in-unit)
- Central AC (I can't do the window unit anymore lol)

- 2 bathrooms

My lease is up in April so I'm planning ahead :)
