Looking for a place in SE Portland? I’ve got a great basement space available starting June 1st (flexible for the right fit)!

You’d be taking over my portion of the lease, which runs until December 5th with the option to renew.

About the Space:
• Private basement area including the bedroom, hallway, closet, and bathroom.
• Large bedroom with a closet and plenty of natural light for a basement.
• The bathroom has a toilet and shower, but the sink is located in the bedroom (very Portland-style).
• Shared laundry access (housemates are flexible with scheduling around your needs).

Rent & Utilities:
• Rent: $1,140/month
• Utilities: Split evenly, usually around $150/month
• Security Deposit: $600

About the House:
• Spacious home with lots of natural light.
• Large garage and a shed for storage.
• Backyard with a raised garden bed and fire pit.
• Central heating (no AC, but there are two window units upstairs).
• Walking distance to bars, restaurants, and stores.
• Easy transit access:
• Bus line 17 stops right outside
• Bus line 14 is a 2-minute walk

About Your Future Housemates:
• Married couple in their mid-20s.
• Friendly ESA dog lives here, so must be dog-friendly.
• They enjoy reading, cooking, going out, watching shows, hanging with friends, and spending time outdoors.
• One works from home, and the other attends PCC.
• House is lived-in but clean, with a relaxed and respectful vibe.
• Friendly, but no pressure to be best friends.

What They’re Looking For:
• Dog-friendly person (or couple) – open to another dog, but no cats.
• Stable income.
• Able to pass a screening process.
• Good communicator and respectful housemate.
