OPEN IN NORTH PORTLAND SOON! Bedroom + private bathroom $1100 a month

Hi, everyone. I’m looking for someone with full time employment to take over a room I will have open soon. You’d have the smaller if the two rooms + your own bathroom.
Unit includes AC, elevator access, in unit washer and dryer, and optional garage parking.
I live with 2 cats so no more pets will be allowed.
It’s in north portland right near i5.

You: any age/gender is fine. Full time employed, likes cats, willing to pass a background check with the rental company and sign the remainder of my roomies side of the lease (Feb 2026) so I’m really looking for individuals who want a long term spot. I am extremely introverted and prefer to keep to myself so id also prefer living with a fellow introvert. If you have people over all the time we wont be a good fit.
