The lease ends December 8th, 2023 and you have the option for renewal. It is a beautiful and spacious apartment located near the UNCC campus at a complex called Cortland Belgate. The apartment complex features a nice community pool and gym and the apartment comes with in unit washer and dryer as well as updated appliances.
