Live with 3 other girls in a newly renovated 4 bed 2 bath apartment in East Harlem! We are mid 20s and work in nonprofit and PR.
We live in a 5-unit building and we are the first unit located up one flight of stairs. There is a door code to enter so it is pretty secure. Our unit is 5 rooms and 2 baths, but the 5th room does not have any windows so we use it for work/storage/workout/laundry. We don’t have a dishwasher but we do have a washer/dryer combo in unit. There’s AC in each room - the whole building was just renovated and updated. (this does make electric pretty pricey tho)
The first floor of the building is for 2 storefronts - one is a dispensary and the other is up for lease (some food though). In general, the place/area is 420 friendly, but we also smoke weed in the apartment, in case that is an important factor for you. We make sure to light candles and spray febreeze often, along with opening windows.
We are flexible on lease length, with a minimum of 3 months and a May 1 move in.
