Hello! I am moving to nyc to start a new job at a live music entertainment company.

I graduated from Syracuse university this last May and interned in nyc this summer.
I’m looking for a roommate or two to move in with in December or January.

I write music and want to start performing in the future. I’ve gone to a couple comedy open mics as well. While those activities usually are late, I don't go out too much and I’m not too rowdy or noisy when I do.

I have a girlfriend of over two years living in Bushwick so we would likely spend a good amount of time at each other’s place. She’s super nice, clean, respectful, and works full-time as a software engineer.

I also exercise regularly. So, runner/cyclist/endurance sport roommates would be cool!

Hoping for a pet friendly place as I'd like to get a small dog (Dachsund) once I get more financial stability but this probably won't happen for a while.

Ideally, I'd like to keep my commutes around or under an hour via transit or bicycle to both Manhattan and Bushwick where my girlfriend lives. A spot near the J or the L trains would be great!

I cook a lot because I like my cooking. I do order delivery or eat out at least once a week on average.

Looking for some great roommates that are chill, hardworking, and like a well-put-together and tidy but comfortable place.
