We are a household of four living in a charming three-story house in the Buckman neighborhood, looking for another young individual or couple to rent the basement floor for a year-long lease. We are friendly, clean, responsible persons in our mid to late 20s.

About Us:
- Connor (he/him) is 29 and works in research at OHSU. He likes spending time working on hobby projects, cooking, video games, and bicycling in the summer with friends.
- Juliana (she/her) is 26 and works in banking. She enjoys spending time outside in the summer with friends, crocheting, reading, and watching movies.
- Cade (they/them) is 26 and likes reading, writing, music, anime, video games, and long walks around Portland.
- Dylan (he/him) is 29 and likes philosophy, theory, memes and animals.

The House:
We are living in the upstairs floors, sharing spaces and bedrooms and reserving the basement floor as a separate unit connected by a staircase. Your basement unit includes a private bedroom and newly remodeled bathroom, kitchen and spacious dining area, multiple closets, as well as washer and dryer units.

The house is located in the Buckman neighborhood, only a couple of blocks away from the 20 and 70 trimet lines. We are located on a popular Portland greenway, making it a very safe neighborhood to walk and bike to local restaurants, bars and cafes.

Utilities are split evenly between tenants, usually averaging under $80 for electricity and water.

About You:
We ideally are looking for a like-minded, respectful, responsible, individual or couple in their mid 20s to 30s. Connor and Juliana have shared the basement unit and are moving up to the top floor-- the space is spacious for a single individual, but has worked for them to be shared as a private floor for a couple.

We prefer not to have any pets for this property.
