I'm looking for 2 roommates to sign a 12-month lease on a flex 3bed/2bath apartment in a luxury building in Murray Hill (35 & Park), starting the 1st of November!
The 2 rooms will share one bathroom. Both rooms are very large and bright with a ton of natural light, and have good closet space. The rooms are unfurnished
The apartment is also super large and sunny, with a fully-furnished living room and a fully-equipped kitchen. The building has a ton of amenities (24 hr doorman, gym, laundry room, bike storage, upcoming terrace...).
It's also very well located - it's 2 min away from the 6 line and 6 min away from Herald Square (B, D, F, M, N, Q, R, W) lines
