Reid F - $1,300/month

I just wrapped up a graduate program and will be starting a new job in the City in June. I'm a pretty clean roommate and respect common living spaces. I like to keep a pretty good balance between being social and doing my own thing but, that being said, I like to invite people over every now and then and I'm looking for a roommate(s) looking to mix circles and be social. My work is hybrid so I'll spend about half of the week in the office and the other half working from home.

I'm originally from the Washington D.C. area but grew up all over the place (Israel, Ireland, India, Argentina, and Colombia!).

I have no pets but am happy to have one on board. My previous roommate of two years played the bagpipes so if you play an instrument it almost certainly won't be an issue.

I'd prefer to find a place in Manhattan but would definitely be open to Brooklyn. Looking for a mid-may or early June move-in.
