Anna T - $1,300/month

Hi, I’m Anna! I’m looking for someone who wants to either find a place together for a may 1st move or who wants to find a three or four bedroom with my current roommate and me! My ideal location is the upper west side/morningside, but I’m flexible on this (ideally I’d stay on the west side of Manhattan close to the 1/2/3 line for work commute purposes). My budget is a max of $1300 each and may 1st is the latest I can do for move in (although I’m open to sooner!)

I work as a research assistant and Columbia and in my free time I like to go out for drinks occasionally, but also enjoy have roomie movie/bachelor nights in with lots of snacks(I love a good nacho night or charcuterie board)! On the weekends I love hitting the farmers market for fresh flowers and baked goods, as well as frequenting T.J.Maxx and Trader Joe’s, and I’m always down for an impulsive brunch. I have two adorable snuggly well-behaved cats— Samantha and Olivia — so pet lovers are a plus!

My ideal roommate would be friendly, tidy, fun, and considerate! Someone who enjoys the occasional night out but also is down for a game night ! I prefer for home to be a place where I can relax, and I would like to be social roommates but also ideally enjoy time to do our own thing individually in our rooms to recharge.!
