Hello! I am looking for a young respectful female to room with. I am looking for a roommate, not a roommate with a place since I'd like to apartment hunt with them. I am a film student currently pursuing a BFA at an art school in NYC. I work at CBS as a video editor so my daily commute would involve both school and work. I am tidy, not loud, and pet friendly (although I don't have any pets). I rarely have guests over and value quiet time, personal space, and time to recharge! When I do have people over it would really only be my boyfriend coming over one weekend every other month. I'd be down for you to have guests over (maybe every other week) as long as you let me know beforehand. Communication is key. As far as cleanliness goes I'd like someone to do the dishes after they eat, keep communal areas clean, and equally split cleaning supplies. I'm chill with weed, although I don't smoke often.
