HI! I'm an NYU grad student looking for a private room in a female only shared apartment starting mid August/beginning September. I can pay $1200-1300 in rent. I'm looking for apartments in Manhattan, downtown from Central Park.

I'm an easygoing and laid back person to live with, so I'm looking for someone who's the same. I'm able to adjust well with people, can be friendly as well as give space whenever needed.
