My fiance and I are looking for someone to get an apartment with or rent a room from. We were living in and running an Air BnB, but the owner just sold the house and business. Looking for a private room in a two+ bedroom apartment or house with someone fairly quiet. We don't drink, do a lot of arts and crafts, keep to our area, don't really cook, and smoke but only outside. I work primarily from home in real estate/bookkeeping.
