Roommate must be Female and MUST be between the ages of 28-35, NO DRUGS, have a full time job, be clean and pay bills on time, be friendly and have open communication. The house has been recently remodeled and comes completely furnished. There is a big backyard with patio furniture and a grassy area with fruit trees, gas grill, there is a two car garage as well as a side spot and street parking. There is slate flooring throughout the house and carpet in all the bedrooms. The house itself is 1,990 sq ft and the lot is 8,543 sq ft since it’s a corner lot with a big grassy front yard. Central air throughout the house as well. The open room is 11x10 and would comfortably fit a queen sized bed and a dresser and a bedside table and has a big closet. The room shares the main bathroom.
The location is prefect, close to the light rail, Tempe Market Place, freeways, and more. Our neighborhood is very safe and quiet with a mixture of college students and families.
We are both very outgoing and love meeting new people and creating new friendships. We're both in the corporate world. Madeline Sample (FB message me as well) is in staffing and also runs her own business on the side while Beth works from home in healthcare. We both enjoy working out, cooking, movies, girls nights, going out on the weekend, hiking, family, and we're both really busy but want to create a great home together!
