I'm looking for a roommate. It’s a single-family 4-bedroom house with 1 or 2 bedrooms available upstairs. Access to washer & dryer, TV, and WIFI. 24 hours hot water bath. The house is in a quiet and safe neighborhood. 5-10 minutes’ drive to Walmart, Starbucks, shopping malls, and restaurants.

The rent is $650/month plus utility splits (average of $100 per month) for 1 bedroom with a shared full-size bathroom.
(If you're interested, we also consider 2 bedrooms with a shared full-bathroom, like a Jack and Jill style, for $1300/month plus utility splits.)

We have a super friendly and quiet dog that we keep her downstairs with no disturbing all the time.
