Hey my name is James Wallace — I’m looking for a roommate for a 3BR / 2.5BA house available mid-June. Rent is $1,600/month (negotiable) + split utilities.
A little about me: I’m a fun, outgoing person who keeps common areas tidy and respects others’ space. I am 30 years old and was born and raised here in Denver, CO. I enjoy hanging out, cooking, and catching a movie or a night out, but I also value quiet nights and a calm home when needed.
The place: private bedroom, shared common areas, in-unit laundry, 2.5 bathrooms, fenced yard, off-street parking and the yard work will be provided by the landlord. The carpet is currently getting replaced and I’ll provide furniture for the living room and dining room, as well as kitchen essentials. Quiet neighborhood, close to transit and shopping.
Looking for: a friendly, respectful roommate who’s clean, responsible with bills, and social but considerate. Pets and lease length negotiable.
