Alyssa W - $1,300/month

Hi! I’m Alyssa, and I’m looking to move back to Denver in late June or early July. I’ve been living in London for the past year, but I’m ready to come back because I’ve missed Denver so much! Before moving abroad, I lived in the City Park/Cap Hill area for about five years, and I’d love to be back in either neighborhood again. I’m also open to RiNo or Wash Park.

I’ve always lived with roommates and really enjoy having a social, friendly home environment. I already have a great friend group in Denver, but I also love meeting new people and building community with the people I live with.

I’m very clean, respectful, and extremely animal-friendly. I recently accepted a fully remote teaching job, so I’ll be working from home during the week. I also plan on doing some Rover dog sitting/walking on the side, so an animal-friendly household would be ideal!

A few of my hobbies/interests include concerts, cooking, crafting, wine nights, movies, thrift/vintage shopping, and fun nights out with friends.

I’m really excited to be back in a city I love and to find a great place (and roommates) to call home!
