My long time friend Declan and I are looking to fill a third bedroom in our apartment on the Lower East Side. For the price and location, this apartment is very spacious, with a large living room/kitchen area and large bedrooms.

Declan is currently a software engineer and works in office 10am - 6pm most days. He likes to keep a tidy & intentional space but not too picky as long as we communicate. Our dynamic allows a clean living space but with freedoms and understanding of each others busy schedules.

I am a Master’s student at Fordham, studing my Masters in Data Science with an expected graduation in December. I am pretty busy with school and typically head to campus during the days for my studies through my night classes.

Declan and I have been really close friends for the last 6 years and are looking for a third to join our roommate dynamic. We are both incredible easy going and chill roommates. As a Chicago transplant my favorite activity is walking around and exploring the endless activities in this city, and have fallen in love with what the Lower East Side has to offer.
