Hi there I have a room for rent in the house I’m living in that is being vacated by my EX. Rent is 1130$ a month. Utilities will be paid on top of rent. Security deposit will be paid to my EX directly. You will have to pass a background check done by the property management company. Up to one more pet is allowed as I own a dog already and the unit has a 2 pet maximum. Note, I do not own this property. The room is about 10x12’ with a closet. You will have your own bathroom that is not attached to the room but right next to it. There’s a common area out front of the house to allow pets to use the bathroom and for our enjoyment. There is an attached 2 car garage but my mountain bikes take up a good bit of space so only one car can park there at a time. Please feel free to let me know if you have any more questions. Thanks!
