One Bedroom In A Three Bedroom Apartment
Seeking ONE roommate for a September 1st move in a THREE bedroom apartment. We are looking for someone to fill a vacant room on the main floor of a two floor apartment in a modest apartment building on a quiet block in East Williamsburg, Brooklyn. The apartment has 1 and ½ bathrooms and your room will be closest to the full bathroom which will provide quick access to its facilities. Additionally, the apartment has individually controlled central air units in each bedroom, a video security intercom, high ceilings and modern bathrooms. The building also contains laundry facilities as well as a friendly backyard with tables and seating for a small group.
You will be sharing the apartment with a male on the main floor and a couple (male/female) on the basement level of the apartment. All of your roommates are young professionals working the typical nine to five.
The apartment is only blocks away from the Grand St stop on the L train.
Rent for the incoming roommate will be $1200 excluding utilities (which are quite inexpensive when split 3-4 ways). Security deposit and first month’s rent required. The landlord will perform a credit check.
