Mj - $1,300/month

Hello curious reader! I am a single professional with a small dog, who works from home. I need a quiet room because, I take conference calls and get distracted VERY easily. Speaking of EASY, I'm very easy to get along with, and so's my dog! She's a 2 year old small jack-russell mix and likes meeting people, however, hates getting aggressively sniffed by other dogs(especially in the butt). I tend to work nights mainly closer to 830 pm, and sometimes during the day too(about 4 to 5 hours a shift). I do work a lot but am down to chill with the roommate and try new things. If you are a native and love to do outdoors stuff or go to restaurants or bars, I would love to tag along, especially since I moved here right before quarantine and still don't know any good places to go! If you are busy then, that works out great as well. If I'm not working, I'm either cooking or out with my dog. I cook just about everyday (relatively healthy) so the only shared area I really care is cleaned is the kitchen. Other then that, I'm cool with whatever :D 6 months is ideal, but can do longer if it feels right! Let's see what happens...
