Hello!
I am looking for 2 bedrooms to rent for myself and my 3 yr old in June 2021. No smoking, no drugs. Pets are ok as long as they are ok around children. I will prefer a background check that I will pay for as you will more than likely be around my child unless the rooms are private/secluded. I would need a washer/dryer in the unit. I would prefer a separate bathroom. I do not need the space furnished. I am looking for long term renting or at least 12 months. Must be in Arapahoe county.

I know I am going out on a limb here, but let’s see if anyone has anything that fits what I need. I can pay up to $1300 for rent and utilities.
