Hi! My fiance, Justin and I are keeping our options open looking for a roommate in Austin. We are looking for a roommate to possibly reside (in their own room) in a two bedroom, two bathroom apartment we would be moving into in August hopefully. We just care that you are responsible in paying your portion of rent each month, clean, and respectful to speak to us about anything concerning us and being our roommate. We are nice people, but we do have the boundaries of no pets or children. As well as being disruptive or loud. I am unable to work because my chronic condition is random and pretty severe some days, but I usually house and pet sit part-time.
