This is an un-renovated apartment on a busy street and for those reasons it is highly affordable. 6 month trial lease at first, then yearlong if everything works out for both of us. It is kept clean and organized. There is a laundry facility on site. We are right next to Prospect Park and the Q, B at Church Av. This is a marijuana-friendly home but no cigarette smokers. This is not a party house/hangout spot nor should you bring the party back with you after a day or night out. This is a place to relax from the hustle and bustle of the city. Overnight guests are okay as long as it's not more than a couple nights a week. We keep the noise down after 9pm, but one of us settles down for the evening while the other is usually burning the midnight oil. We are both easy-going, but committed to respecting each other's needs in a home and are direct about it and want no passive-aggressive behaviors. Open communication is encouraged as we prefer not to live with a stranger. We don't have to be best friends, but not knowing the person you live with is kind of scary!
