I feel like I am a healthy balance of social butterfly and homebody, I don't have guests over very often and I am fairly quiet at home.

I have a 13ft x 13ft room opening up after October 1st in my 2 bedroom 1.5 bathroom Townhouse. The room has a large window that gets lots of light and a big closet. The room and upstairs hallway is carpeted, everything else is tile or hardwood.
The house is fully furnished in a boho/eclectic/whimsical decorating style, I am super down to redecorate or change up some of the furniture if you have other ideas!
There is a parking space right out front for a car, washer and dryer in unit, one large full bathroom and a half bath.
I have a female tabby cat who has always lived with other cats and would love a buddy. A small dog would be ok too on a case-by-case basis.
I would prefer a femme roommate but personality and lifestyle is most important.
