I'm posting for my 18 year old daughter.
Looking for a roommate for a 2bd, 1ba apartment at Goose Hollow Apartments. We have secured the apartment for move-in anytime in Sept. Open to move in date but prefer sometime in Sept.
Some details:
Rent is $1575/month, to be split 50/50.
Application fee is $25.
Deposit is $250 for each tenant.
You must be a student to live here.
My daughter will bring her cat.
She is attending PCC Sylvania.
Apartment includes utilities except electricity.
Kitchen has a dishwasher.
Prefer a female between 18 & 22 years old.
