Zachary R - $1,000/month

Hello! I’m Zach and I’m looking to start renting a place in the Tanasbourne area around the second week of July. I don’t have any pets but would love to get a cat once things are moved, though if you already have one I would respect their priority over getting my own!

I currently work full time in tight tolerance manufacturing, building electron microscopes. I love working with my hands and some of my hobbies are working on my car, hiking and gaming. I’m not home very often on the weekends and am usually out with friends or exploring. I generally keep to myself but still like going out for drinks and meeting new people!

I’m good at keeping the common areas clean and looking for anyone in their twenties who is communicative and reliable. At home I’m pretty quiet and laid back, though I love dinner parties and don’t mind you hosting anything! I don’t have anything against you smoking either.

I have a few places in mind, especially if we can get a third to bring rent lower! My budget is 1000 but I would be more comfortable with something around 900 or 850 if we can manage. Somewhere with a garage would be nice but not at all a deal breaker.
