Available Room for Rent
Great room available in the Galleria! No Deposit!
So I have an extra bedroom to rent in the Galleria that's available to move in ASAP. Current roommates ( a couple) moved out, and we are just putting the finishing touches on tidying up the place!
You'd be signing on to a 7 month lease and maintaining the current rent I have now ( it averages out to 800 a month AFTER power and internet).
You'd have the upstairs bedroom. A private bathroom, and basically your own private floor.
You don't have to pay a deposit however you do need to pay a 50 dollar background fee to the apartment complex.
