I’m looking for someone to renew a lease with me for an available room in my apartment in Hells Kitchen for a 12 month lease.
Move in November 1st.
Apartment Details
$2000/month for the bigger room addition to one month rent for the security deposit. The rooms are spacious and have large windows that allow tons of natural light. WiFi and utilities not included.
Laundry in basement, dishwasher, hardwood floors, and intercom system. Each room has an air/ac unit. Living and dining area are completely furnished.
Building has a gym, elevator, doorman and mailroom. Also has a small garden/courtyard.
3-5 minute walk to the A,C,E subway line. 10 minute walk to the N,R,W subway line. 8 min to the 1,2,3 line.
Lots of natural light and is super quiet during the day and night.
The building is located in Hell's Kitchen. Near Restaurant Row at West 46th Street and 10th ave, the Theater District at 48th street and 8th ave and a short walk to Central Park and Bryant Park.

I’m Mohua (she/her), Im a 26 y/o Designer and am working in a hybrid setting in Manhattan, and this upcoming year will be my second year living in Hells Kitchen!
I enjoy trying new cafes/restaurants, exploring art markets, catching up on tv shows, and going out with friends. I’m a clean, organized, easy-going, and open-minded person and looking for a roommate who’s the same way. I dont have pets and I do not smoke.
