Big, open layout. Lots of windows. Full kitchen with separate dining area. Large living room. Very nice sized terrace (currently being renovated). Kitchen has everything it needs and the cabinets have been updated from what is in the pictures. The living room is fully furnished. You don't need to bring anything but things for your own room.
Laundry in basement.
Part time security/doorman.
Room: Good sized (approx 9.5 x 13.5) unfurnished room with corner windows that face the back of the building. Past roommates have fit a full sized bed, desk and dresser with no problem. Private bathroom is accessed through your bedroom and is completely yours. It has a toilet, sink and a shower. Room has its own closet with a place to hang things as well as shelves above. There is also a coat/boot closet in the living room to share. Separate space to store your A/C unit in the winter.
