My private landlord recently decided to sell his property, so I am looking for a place to move by September 30th!

I have two fixed girl cats, but they are well-behaved and keep each other company. They are also very affectionate (not vocal), and will be very interested in cuddling up to you.

My budget is about 1K a month, but I can be flexible considering my girls would need to be with me. I work in hospitality sales doing event and catering planning, and work in the Cobb area at the moment. Usually a 9-5, but it depends.

I meal prep twice a week but otherwise stay out of the kitchen, and really would like to be friendly with my roommate. I do like arts and crafts and reading, but I like my things to look aesthetic, and avoid a cluttered look. I prefer my home life and social life to be separate, so I don't often have guests.

I'd like to have a sweet roommate who would be down having dinner and chatting together with in the evenings, and to maybe go explore the city with. I'm big on hobbies, and I like to go out a few times a month! Also - I'm Puerto Rican and queer, if that matters. :)
