Looking for a female roommate for September

Hi there!

My wonderful roomie has decided to spread her wings and is sadly moving out, so im looking for a new roommate to take over her spot in September!

My name is Josie, I’m a 25 year old actress/remote tradeshow planner originally from DC but have been here in ATL for a year now. I’m currently at the Alexander at the District apartments (at Howell Mill) and am looking for a female roommate.

A little about our unit/complex:
- 4th floor corner unit, 1k+ sqft (not sure the exact but its really big)
- 2 bed, 2 bath (roomate style, really large bathrooms and closets)
- Large living area and kitchen with new appliances
- In-unit washer/dryer
- Solid AC and heating
- Cute balcony
- Parking is $25 for a year pass in the garage
- Safe area
- Hardwood floors, carpet in bedrooms
- Gym, pool, community room
- Right off the highway and a ton of local shopping
- Base rent $1,674 to split (this would be a 1 year lease. With utilities and everything we each spend about 900 a month)

A little about me:
- More of a minimalist so I stay very organized
- Work from home but travel a ton
- An introverted extrovert (love being around people all the time and going out, but usually the quieter one in a group or love silent company, definitely want us to be friends!)
- Love trying new things and going out (more museums, restaurants, shopping, concerts than clubbing but I can vibe)
- I don’t drink or smoke, don’t care if you do though
- I don’t have pets, wouldn’t mind you having one just as long as it doesn’t shed much/we can keep the shared spaces pretty clean (pet fee here is $25 a month)
- I’m not at all a cook, so no worries about big kitchen messes lol
