I will have available 1 private room in my home for rent. The flat cost of rent includes a private bedroom, all utilities, private driveway, free wifi, washer/dryer, privacy fenced in backyard, large deck, bungalow front porch (perfect for reading or relaxing), shared bath & living space, full access to kitchen, and full size unfinished basement and attic for storage if needed. You would only be responsible for furnishing your bedroom. The rest of the home is fully furnished. Please reach out for photos if interested.

Requirements:
- We must meet in person prior to agreement
- First & last months rent required at move-in (no additional security deposit req'd)
- 12 month commitment preferred, can discuss upon meeting
- Must have proof of steady work/income
- NO DOGS OR CATS (1 dog living in the home - 60 lb goofy mutt) - caged animals are welcome
- Female or male roommate OK
- Outdoor smoking only

About me:
I'm a professional female in my late 20s and I own the home. I'm hardworking, quiet, clean, and easy to live with. I spend my weeks working, exercising, caring for the house, etc. I have a 6 year old female dog who is my right hand, so you would have to be okay with a dog in the home. My dog is very sweet and goofy, but no other dogs or cats would be allowed in the home at this time to avoid stress in a new living situation. I also have a cute little rabbit and guinea pig in my office space, and a small fish tank. You would NOT be responsible for any animal care.
