Katie R - $1,000/month

I am currently finding a new job teaching high school math in order to move to Philadelphia. My boyfriend lives in the city and I have a few other friends and family in the area, who I am excited to live closer to. I am from a small town in northern New Jersey so I can't wait to enjoy life in the city! I am very easy going, enjoy playing the guitar, love exploring and going on adventures, and in terms of a roommate, am pretty quiet. I'm definitely not a partier, but love to go out every once in a while and enjoy drinks with friends. I am a teacher and have to be up early every day, so I would need someone who is pretty quiet, at least on week nights. I like to cook and would probably spend a good bit of time at the apartment/house doing school work, making meals, etc. My boyfriend does live in Philly, so he would most likely be over fairly regularly, but he is in med school and works a ton, so definitely not an all the time kind of situation. If I found a roommate that really clicked, I'd love to do things together, but also wouldn't force the issue. So exited to make Philly home!
