Hi. I’m renting out two furnished bedrooms in my condo in the Deep Cove area of North Van. Available August 15. Rent is $1800 per room and that includes all utilities like internet and hydro. The condo is in a peaceful spot, surrounded by forest, trails, grocery stores, coffee shops, sushi places, and of course, Deep Cove itself. It’s quiet but still well connected.

You’d be living with me. I’m a working professional and I take care of the condo. My mom owns it, and I live here to manage and maintain the space. My cat lives here too, so you’ll need to be cat-friendly. My boyfriend stays over most weekends. He’s respectful, easy to live with, and helps with general repairs and maintenance around the place.

There’s one shared bathroom, in-suite laundry, and the rooms come fully furnished. I’ll be updating the space a bit over the next little while. Repainting some walls, switching out furniture. It’s nothing loud or chaotic, just a personal refresh to make the space feel more like home.

If you have a cat, they need to be friendly with mine and we’ll need to do proper slow introductions to make sure they get along. Dogs might be considered depending on their temperament and training. No toxic plants or products that could harm animals. That is non-negotiable.

Now, just to be absolutely clear. This is a zero tolerance home for any form of bigotry, harassment, bullying, or passive-aggressive behavior. None. I don’t care what your excuse is or how you justify it. If you’re rude, manipulative, or bring that kind of energy into the space, you’re out. No second chances. This is a safe and inclusive home and I take that very seriously.

Looking for someone who’s clean, kind, emotionally mature, and easy to live with. This is a calm and respectful home and I want to keep it that way.
